ThalesNano is proud to invite you to its annual User Group Meeting (UGM) on flow chemistry. It is an exciting opportunity for us to share our experiences with you on how flow chemistry can benefit you in your chemistry. It is also an opportunity for you to share your experiences with us. We are most interested to know what reactions you would like to see adapted to flow, what we are doing well, and how we can improve.

Who should attend: Users of ThalesNano technology and individuals interested in learning more about the benefits of flow chemistry.

The ThalesNano UGM will take place over 1 day. Topics and activities will include:

• Acceleration of organic reactions utilizing high temperature, high pressure flow reactors.
• Scale up-from mgs to kilo scale with continuous flow processes
• Automation of reactions involving gases such as CO
• User case studies
• Open laboratory session

The user cases studies will be from companies and academic institutions who would like to share their flow chemistry experiences with you. If you would also like to make a presentation on your experiences, please state this when registering.

The Open Laboratory will be a session where you can try your own chemistry on any of our reactors. These include our scale up flow hydrogenation reactor, the H-Cube Midi™, or our new high temperature, high pressure coil reactor the X-Cube Flash™, capable of reaching 350°C and 200 bar.Our chemists and engineers will be on hand to give information, instruction, and advice.

For those of you that would like a more in depth look at our reactors or would like to spend longer trying out your own chemistry on our reactors, then we are holding an Open Lab Day preceding the UGM on Thursday 16th October. Please let us know if you would like to attend this day and the chemistry you would like to try when you register.

Attendance to the UGM is free, with participants only having to pay for their own accommodation and transport.
