H-Cube Maxi™ - Production Synthesis Without Limitations
ThalesNano have developed a product line that can handle flow chemistry and/or catalyst screening from milligramme scale to Tonnes/annum. The new H-Cube Maxi™, is the next generation of the H-Cube® technology and is a production scale continuous process hydrogenation system. The GMP-Ready H-Cube Maxi™ is a continuous flow production scale chemistry platform designed to perform hydrogenation and other heterogeneously catalyzed reactions.
With the H-Cube Maxi™, process scale chemists can now access new and previously restricted chemistries or improve on existing processes by reducing side product formation- leading to a reduction in downstream waste generation.
When utilized in conjunction with ThalesNano’s other bench-scale reactors, such as the H-Cube® and H-Cube Midi™, chemists can realize continuous processing from milligrams to kilo scale production, quickly without the need for reoptimization. When used continuously, the H-Cube Maxi™ can generate tonnes of API per annum.
The harmonized product line and technology that covers a wide range of scale can provide great advantage to customers over traditional batch based technologies.
