QuantiFlow™

QuantiFlow™ is a new type of gas meter for the volumetric measurement of gases or gas mixtures. The gas meter is ideal for measuring the flow of gas after gas liquid separation. The gas meter is suitable for use with laboratory facilities in the pharmaceutical, chemical, food, and petrochemical industries.

Advantages of QuantiFlow™QuantiFlow™

  • The meter can handle any gases or gas mixtures regardless of composition.
  • The gas meter can measure gas flow independent of gas composition over time.
  • Gases of low density can be measured
  • Robust with no moving parts, so minimal to no maintenance required.
  • Easy to clean
  • Simple calibration (independent of gas composition)

FAQ About The QuantiFlow™

  • What different options are available with the QuantiFlow™?
The QuantiFlow can come with different inlet and outlet tubing connector sizes: 1/16″, 1/8″, or 1/4″. The exact fitting must be specified when making the order.
  • What materials can it be made out of?
The standard version is made out of stainless steel. If chemical compatibility is an issue, then there is the option of having a Teflon® based version. However, this version is only rated up to 0.5 bar pressure.
  • Are different flow rates also available?
Another system can be produced with flow rates higher than 5 L/min if requested.
  • Does the gas meter have ATEX certification?
The standard system does not come with ATEX certification, but we can provide an ATEX version later in the year upon request.
