Role Description
The role reports to the Head of Sales and will be the first dedicated salesperson based in mainland Europe. Being ideally located in Southern Germany or Switzerland, initially the successful applicant will have responsibility for all of Germany, Switzerland and Austria. When appropriate they may also be asked to assist their colleagues by following up leads in other counties such as France, Italy or Spain. As the business continues to grow additional sales people will be added to cover these countries and Northern Germany at which time the area responsibility will focus on Southern German and Switzerland.

• Minimum of 2 years successful sales experience
• Background selling instrumentation is desirable but not essential
• Chemistry background
• Experience of selling to Pharma/Biotech is highly desirable
• Proven success at both managing and growing existing accounts as well as developing new ones
• A professional, proactive and motivated sales professional who is looking to be an important member of a small but evolving team and to assist in the future growth of the sales organisation
