ThalesNano, a leader in flow chemistry reactors, is expanding and has openings for two enthusiastic sales managers in the US. One position is located in California, while the other is located in the Boston area. This is an excellent role for an up-and-coming sales professional with a background in chemistry and scientific instrumentation to make a real impact in this growing company and the industry as a whole.
 
As a Sales Manager your responsibilities will include:
·         Managing a sales territory across US and working towards set sales targets
·         Generating and managing their own leads.
·         Providing clients with technical advice on the company's product portfolio.
·         Developing new business across the US in order to maximise sales potential.
·         Perform product demonstrations and installations.
·         Attending exhibitions and conferences
The ideal candidate will have the following:
·         A minimum of three years sales experience, preferably in a similar chemistry instrumentation market such as microwaves.
·         Excellent presentation and communication skills
·         A degree in chemistry
·         The ability to solve minor technical problems.
·         Self motivated with the ability to work independently.
·         The ability to travel 50% of your time.
